"No challenge  poses a greater threat to future generations than climate change," said Obama in his State of the Union speech [January 2015].

That's how the United States sees it.

That's what they see.

Why is it that you, and those like you, think this country cannot tackle multiple problems at once?

Are you all that incapable of seeing beyond 1 inch in front of your faces? Or that incapable of understanding that the President of the United States has
everything
on his desk is responsible for directing government resources against all of those problems?

ISIS is a military problem.

Climate Change is an environmental problem.

Shootings are a crime problem.

Social Security/Medicare/Medicaid are demographic and budgetary problems.

Too big to fail banks are a regulatory issue.

Stupidity (as expressed here on a daily/hour by hour basis) is an education problem.

.

Look cockmuffler, the "country" includes many people that are quite adept at tackling multiple problems at the same time. The problem is, there are virtually none of them in the executive or legislative branches of our government, apparently.

We certainly DO understand what Obama has on his plate.

THAT and the way he handles it, is what scares the sh1t out of us.

It should scare you, but you aren't bright enough to be frightened.

It may be difficult for you to grasp; I was clearly too subtle. The issue is not the administration's ability to tackle multiple issues. The issue is the demonstrable incompetence in prioritization.

Ask Obama. He's the one who said "greatest", with its superlative suffix, meaning *the* highest, of which there can only be one.

Sounds like a lack of effective leadership to me...

Yep, we are the stupid ones. Between tv appearances, golf and trips Obama is too busy. We should just hire someone to be the country's leader.
