Old Field Inn's menu looks :yum: :yum: Anyone been there lately? Is it worth it?

I haven't been there in a couple of years, but I have never had a bad meal there.

There is also a place in North Beach called the The Westlawn Inn. I cannot find the link to it, but I think I have it at home. Never been there, but the write ups on it sound delish!

It's FANtastic!

I've been there several times and put the quality and presentation of their food right up there with the best places in Washington, DC.

Westlawn gets a :yay:

Thanks for the input! Someday when I either get a good offer or find someone good enough, I'll go. :yay:

DiGiovanni's in Solomons

I was just reading the reviews here about DiGiovannis and it seems that they are all several years old so I felt it is time to update.

We were there in mid-December 2010 for my birthday dinner with friends and it was fantastic! The food was excellent, very reasonably priced and the service was great too!

We had been to Clarke's Landing a week before and it was terrible. The comparsion is like night and day. Clarke's Landing served 5 medium shrimp with a cup of crab imperial plus soup for $25; not reasonable at all and the soup was lukewarm as was the coffee. We paid a few dollars more for DiGiovannis but then both of us had soup, hot soup, hot coffee, salad, main dish, dessert where at Clarkes it was main dish with a side and water for $25 each! Just does not compare!

Then we eat at DiGiovanni's and it was heavenly! I will go back to DiGiovanni's but not to Clarkes Landing!
