Do you have a Weber?

:bawl: No.

Unfortunately I'm not much of a cook, so an EASY recipe would be best. Then I can't screw it up. :lmao:

Note: the BF is leaving the country the day before my party. I think he's afraid the house is going to blow up while he's gone.

You can't screw this up... put some olive oil in the bottom of your frying pan. Seer your porkchops on a high heat so that the outside browns quickly. Reduce heat and add sliced onions and green peppers... all you need for seasoning is the McCormick Montreal Seasoning for Chicken. By the time your veggies are cooked good, your chops should be done. You will know your chops are done when you cut one and find it's meat is completely white, especially in the center.

Pork Chops Dijon

Here's a simple and yummy pork chop recipe, I've made it many times. I forget what website I found it on. The chops turn out very tender and flavorful!

Ingredients
3 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard
2 tablespoons low-calorie Italian salad dressing
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 pork loin chops, cut 1/2-inch thick (1-1/4 pounds total)
Nonstick cooking spray
1 medium onion, halved and sliced

Directions
1. In a small bowl combine mustard, Italian dressing, and pepper; set aside.
2. Trim excess fat from chops. Spray a 10-inch skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat the skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops and brown on both sides. Remove chops from skillet.
3. Add onion to skillet. Cook and stir over medium heat for 3 minutes. Push onion aside; return chops to skillet. Spread mustard mixture over chops. Cover and cook over medium-low heat for 15 minutes or until juices run clear. Serve onion over pork chops. Makes 4 servings.

here is another recipe that sounds pretty easy and good.

Italian Pork chops

INGREDIENTS:
3 cups crushed saltine crackers
2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon Italian-style seasoning
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup butter, melted
6 pork chops

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, combine the crushed saltines, Parmesan cheese, Italian-style seasoning and garlic powder and mix together well.
Dip the chops in the melted butter and then dredge each chop in the cracker mixture, coating all sides thoroughly. Place the chops in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Bake at 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) for 30 to 40 minutes, or until internal pork temperature reaches 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).

Place chops in pan, place one tbls of ketchup on each chop, to each add one tsp of brown sugar, and a slice of lemon. Bake at 350 until done (about 40-45 minutes). Umm, umm good.

Sides - parsley potatoes, apple sauce, green beans.
