kind of reminded me of the dinner I made tonight.
Pork loin stuffed with apple chutney (pork and the chutney has vinegar) and applewood smoked bacon mashed 'taters. Very tasty, and something a little different.
Ok, the 'taters were from a packet mix, but for instant, they are pretty good! Thinking I should try to make a knish with it.
