The DOJ found nothing when they opened their investigation on the matter and dropped it. The Ethics Committee (EC) revived its investigation that was ongoing but died upon Gaetz's resignation. So they've had months to investigate, and yet they either didn't do so or found nothing and let it drop.

Also the money stuff they're accusing him of is SOP for politicians who never get investigated. Where's the investigation into Nancy Pelosi or Adam Schiff?

Last night, Trey Gowdy opened his show going scorched earth on Matt Gaetz, then brought in Karl Rove and Guy Benson to back him up. I think Guy Benson is fair most of the time. Unfortunately I fell asleep before hearing what he had to say about Gaetz. But Trey and Karl were not letting up. Karl even brought out his white board.

We've known for the better part of 2 decades what a sleaze Karl Rove is.....this is not suprising.
