Disconnecting Utilities

I hate calling around to disconnect my utilities.

Couldn't there be a 1-800# for EVERYTHING and you could just make one big call? :yay:

You can disconnenct your Electric if you have Smeco, online. I believe you can do your Verizon Phone online as well. If you have Directv, you can Disconnect that online...

Nope, it's still up and running!!!!!

Did you know that you have to call on the EXACT DAY that you want to end DSL service?!?!? With phones and other utilities, you can call ahead of time.

A little while ago when I moved, I called about 2 weeks prior. I wanted to cancel right then, but they told me that I would have to wait until the end of the month 'cause I was gonna' get billed for it anyhow. No biggie and I didn't mind.
