Prince Frederick, MD -- An unhappy customer in Prince Frederick took out his frustration on the manager's picture at a convenience store.

According to a police report from the Calvert County's Sheriff's Department, it happened on August 12 at the Wawa in Prince Frederick.

While angry customers often ask to see the manager, this one settled for taking his complaint to a framed picture of the manager on the wall. He punched the photo, then ripped it off the wall and ran out of the store with it in his arms.

We are on our 2nd third party service in the little over 2 years since we fired the in house delivery team.
XPO and now Spirit, are dispatchers who hire "independent" subcontractors.
As I understand it, the closest any of their drivers live is Baltimore County.

Key counter is gone. Lowe's is doing away with the desks in several departments.
The key cutting machines still exists, however they are now in a bay.
