CEO says he has 'committed more and more time on' Marvel's slate

Disney CEO Bob Iger indicated on Tuesday he has been involved in honing Marvel and other Disney studio output.

"I’ve – we’ve been working hard with the studio to reduce output and focus more on quality," Iger said, noting that was "particularly true" when it came to Marvel.

Marvel, which Disney has owned for years, is behind the movies and series centered around Marvel comic book characters. At the box office, some of its recent films have experienced lower-than-expected sales.

Disney just took another 10-15% quarterly loss.....shareholders aren't happy....Marvel did this woke crap 20 years ago with their comics and strangely enough the MCU saved the comic side from going under.....now they are doing the exact same thing with the movies......there's no way they aren't getting compensated on the back end by someone because their post-Endgame production has been absolute crap, sans Spiderman. They want to blame it on "Superhero fatigue" but that will be squashed when Deadpool and Wolverine smashes the box office...then we'll see what their next excuse is.
