We don't use a company, just someone who was referred to us.....She comes tomorrow i'll leave her a note asking her if she has any openings.
We have a cleaning lady
She comes every other week. She charges based on the size of your home. We have a 2200 sq ft home and it costs $140 per cleaning. The initial cleaning was $200 .
We have two small dogs, so dust bunnies and dog hair are our biggest problems. We don't have children and we're not very messy.
She's very reliable, let's you know what's not included and what's negotiable.
I don't think she has openings presently.
She won't clean the inside of the fridge, do windows other than dust sills blinds, and noticeable smudges, and she won't climb up high to clean anything she can't reach (for fear of falling). This works for us, because other than ceiling fans, we don't have anything high,
and cleaning the fridge is okay with us.
She cleans my floors every time (which I love) and as long as you've put your things away, you'll be pleased.
She told me a story about how a new customer had a bender with several people, and when she got to the place, the hungover partiers were crashed with party evidence, trash food everywhere. She opened the door, and walked right back out. She called him after he was no longer hungover , explaining that was not a part of their arrangement.
He was very apologetic, begging her to come back, and cleaned up after his own messy party.

I use Spare Hands and pay $80 every 2 weeks. The company uses their own supplies unless you specify different. The price depends on what you want done. I have one person doing my house and she's here for 4 hrs. She cleans the master bed/bath, another 1.5 bath, son's room, changes sheets, cleans the kitchen, family room, living room, dining room, laundry room, and foyer. She will do the other 2 bedrooms upon request. She does baseboards, blinds, and ceiling fans. If I want something special done all I have to do is ask. I'm please with her.
