I semi-disagree with that. While there are tards of all colors and ethnicities, white people don't have their prominent brethren touting victimization and racism. And that sort of thing DOES influence popular opinion.

The list goes on and on of the black leaders and spokesmen who either outright attack whites or promote victimization in blacks.

I have found that those folks that are happy with their lives and can think independently don't listen to the folks on your list. And that also applies to all races. Isn't it ironic that the people that do listen and agree to racist leaders (black or white) are not socially high on the totem pole or wealthy. Its also quite funny that half of the people on that list are opportunists and are either millionaires or close to it. As I see it, you can't listen to someone that isn't in the trenches wit ya'

Al Sharpton, in his thousand dollar suit, insists he is in the trenches with poor blacks in ghetto neighborhoods.

Jesse Jackson's children went to fancy private schools, not urban crapholes, yet he insists that he is in the trenches.

Julian Bond grew up with two intellectual parents (his father was the President of Lincoln University in Pennsylvania) who lived in comfort and hobnobbed with celebrities and politicians. He has said numerous times that he is in the trenches.

And people obviously believe them because nobody has booed them off the stage yet.

Blacks loudly exclaim about how they are portrayed in the media. Now turn on BET - created FOR blacks BY blacks. Blacks call themselves niggahs, hos, gangstas - what are white people supposed to think?

HIV is a mutation of Simian Immuno Virus, a common disease of primates. Many scientist theorize that SIV mutated into the 'host' of humans as HIV when African peoples ate monkey meat. The first known vector of HIV in North America was from an Air France flight attendent in the late '70s. He was also the first to coin the term 'gay cancer' and purposely spread it throughout the gay community of NYC.

I will leave it up to the reader to choose which of these arguments you wish to present the next time you are dining at 'Applebees'.

For the record, no one in my family that I know of kept slaves, ate monkeys, had sex with monkeys, prostituted themselves in Zaire, drove the 'Congo Road' or had gay sex with French flight attendents. I, unfortunately, have eaten at the LP City Applebees.

I read somewhere that there will be no race classifications in a hundred years or so if the trend continues at a rate similar to the current rate.

Do you think this trend could or will negate some of the "race" oriented issues of today?

It's called The Browning of America and I for one think it's good for the most part. Besides, most mixed children are beautiful. The only philosophical point that I've read is that they don't feel 'in' with any one culture, they don't know where to turn to or what to do.

Now, I'm curious if your kids have ever had problems being the product of mixed races. My friend has mixed race kids and they've never experienced any kind of racism from either whites or blacks. But you hear about this all the time, how mixed kids are hated by both races or whatever the news dudes say is going on.

Just curious if this is real or something the media has made up.

Well, all of the mixed race kids I know, and I know a lot of them, have no problem fitting in. I do notice that the black community tends to "accept" them more readily in certain circumstances.

I notice a lot of kidding and "nick names" from family members, but I also notice that family members (of either race, but not mixed) tend to be protective of and stick up for the mixed members, especially the little ones.

We were recently discussing prison life - if a mixed (white/black) person goes to prison, they would likely gravitate to the "black" sector because they would be more readily accepted there.

I've been very blessed because I have not encountered a lot of negativity because of my "blending" preferences. There have been a few isolated incidents... I've noticed it more in the country / mountain areas that I've visited.

It is no secret white people used black people for tests. Shooting them up with aids, I do not beleive, although I would not put it past them.

It is because of this "myth" and many others that many white people today blame blacks for the HIV/Aids Epidemic.
