I wasn't trying to make a case about black or white - just that the persons GETTING abortions are not largely the ones in ghettos, and the persons NOT getting abortions - indicated in your post as skanky ghetto rats - may not be avoiding them because they can't afford them or can't find a place to get them.

Ghetto to me isn't necessarily a place, it's more a state of mind. I should find a better word to use.
