Walker observed two marijuana smoking devices in plain view on an entertainment center.

One can only guess to what they might be smokin' in those devices.

What cracks me up is when you read they stopped so and so for something and the cops find your crack pipe sitting in the seat next to you. I know if a cop stopped me, I would hide my crack pipe. Never mind, I forgot, I dont smoke crack. Crackheads arent too bright

They found paraphernalia, and not the actual substance, and according to the article, they were not even charged with having that (I don't believe that it's illegal to have that, but I could be wrong)
