Screw her. Not a penny. She didn't marry that fossil for love, she married him for money. And it's not like she had to put up with him for years - he croaked after 14 months of marriage.

I'm thinking there's much more here than meets the eye. Personally, I think the attorneys are just being smart and not revealing their entire case to the media before it goes to court - what point would that be if opposing counsel already knew everything you were going to cite and all the angles and positions you would excercise in your case. I could be wrong but its my understanding that if they didn't have a substantially sound case, the Supreme Court would have declined to even hear it. :shrug:
