I think the problem here is similar to Howard Hughes.. there are more then one will.

One will the kids (of course they are all in their 50 and 60's) have gives everything to his children.. Slutura came up with a will that says he gave EVERYTHING to her and the kids got left with nothing.

I beleive it was his kids that were contesting her getting everything. I don't know what the lower court decision was, siding with her or the kids, but whoever the lower courts sided againt (Slutura), they appealed it.
