Dog Sitting

I'm dog sitting later this month...a 2 yo chocolate lab, who is accustomed to having the run of the 'hood (they live in the middle of nowhere) and the run of a very large house. I am so in trouble. :yikes:

Should be fun around your house! Don't you have cat's? How do they feel (or will feel) about this? And for how long?

Are you going to go home at lunch to take him out for potty break? May I suggest, if at all possible, trying to confine him to one large room. This way your doggie guest will be less likely to wreck havoc on the entire house while you are not there.

Thanks for the idea's everyone. No, I don't have cats. I currently have no pets, unless you count my husband. I will confine him to a room downstairs while I'm at work. I am close enough to work that I'll be able to walk him mid-day. I'll only have him for 5 days.

I don't think FB likes being confined.

True......I can't imagine someone actually buying that thing instead of walking their dog. :ohwell:

I'd much prefer to walk the dog. In this case, he may be walking me.
