Ponytail said:OK. Be ready to play. They will chase sticks and balls till their sticks and balls fall off. If they get restless in the house, this is the easiest way to tire them out.
Chocolate labs are known to be the most energetic of all retrievers and VERY mischievious. You won't be able to keep ANYTHING on your counters, or tables that you don't want them to eat. Labs are smart and they will figure out a way to get something if they want it bad enough.
