I believe the big problem with ACB is that she wants everything to follow the established District/Appeals/SCOTUS process. We've seen it before from her. Trump going directly to SCOTUS to rule on Article II questions throws her orderly judicial world in disarray.
And that's what happened - SCOTUS kicked it back for clarification.
