Apparently while I was on vacation, the Mexicans moved into my neighborhood. All fricken afternoon the Mexican mariachi music has been blaring and still is. Does anyone have the direct line to Mr Homan? I feel bad for the neighbors right next to them, unless they are getting all the free margaritas and tacos they can eat and drink.

Visiting Florida at times, Mexican neighbors of a friend would do the same thing to all hours of the night. They have no couth.

I will try not to judge my new neighbors yet - I haven't seen them, only heard them. Maybe they were just having a house warming party yesterday. I have seen a couple of houses on 235 just south of gate 3 that "people not from here, maybe illegal maybe not" have purchased and renovated and it appears they have improved those properties. The property in my neighborhood that I think has been recently purchased or rented was run down. I friend of mine had looked at it a couple of months ago to purchase but it needed more work than he could afford to put into it. I will look at this in a positive manner at the moment and hope they will become some good customers at the local hardware store and be decent neighbors who make a good margarita and will invite me over for cinco the mayonnaise.

They are on my road about 3 doors down from me. According to my neighbor who went past there yesterday, the place had many many people at the house who did not look like native countians so at the moment I am only going by what I have heard.

Go over and say hi, welcome to the neighborhood. Get a feel for them. My concern wouldn't be so much that they're Latino but that they were blasting music like that, which shows a blatant disregard for others. If it were white people blasting Taylor Swift, I'd be annoyed.
