Immigration agents arrested 69 people Thursday in raids on a temporary employment agency's offices and places where it provided undocumented workers, including the port of Baltimore, authorities said.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents also seized a bank account containing more than $600,000 from the employment agency, Jones Industrial Network.

Family members of those detained gathered with activists outside the company's offices, carrying signs that read "Stop Dividing Our Families,"

The head of a California company hired by the U.S. government to help build a fence along the Southwest border to curb the flow of illegal aliens into the United States has been sentenced on charges of hiring illegals for the job.
Mel Kay Jr., 64, founder, chairman and president of the Golden State Fence Co., pleaded guilty in December in federal court in San Diego to felony charges of hiring the illegals and was sentenced Wednesday to six months home confinement, three months probation and 1,040 hours of community service.

And I would agree with those protesters!

To prevent dividing families they should ALL be returned to sender as a bunch. After all, we don't want to be cruel.

As for your second post, APS, I think it's funny that any illegal would be willing to work for such a project. Although, this would be the perfect opportunity for those illegals to learn and report the weaknesses of the fence to others coming over, thus negating the whole construction effort.
