I'm 6 & 1/2 months preggo, and trying to pick a pediatrician... Does anybody use Dr. Miller? Do you know how he feels about delayed vacs? I'll probly be going to his Leonardtown office, so how are his other dr's ? Thanks for any info.

All 3 of my children go to him, I love the way he is with my children..

Both my kids go to him and they love him. We go to the Leonardtown office as well. Secretary is not very pleasent but Dr. Miller is great and Dr. Reed is okay to

Yup the secretary has a major stick up her a$$... so much so I switched Dr.s and Dr. Reed is way better than Dr. Miller. When I switched I called Dr. Reed and told him if he ever went into practice by himself to give me a call:yay:

Secretary in L'town is a bia. Dr. Miller is good. The way around the secretary is to demand to talk to Mrs. Miller.

I left Dr. Miller's office because of the front staff. Dealt with her attitude for 3 years and couldn't take it anymore. Dr. Miller is very friendly and good with kids. Only bad part is that his office is so busy that I always felt like I was being rushed. I'm sure it will be busy anywhere you go though.

That is the same reason I left she was a total biatch... I almost slapped the shiat outta her the last time I was in there.

I don't think he has much dealings with his front staff. And it's not like they are going to be rude around him. Complaints go to Mrs. Miller, but you gotta get through the staff to get to her. Last time I had a problem, the problem was fixed before I finished saying "Mrs. Miller." I think she skeers them.

Hi, and congratulations! I know you are excited!! I used Dr Miller for all my kids. They are now all grown but they still have fond memories and respect for him as do I. As far as his philosophy on delayed vacs I know that he works as much as he can with everyones beliefs just so of course it does not harm the child. I have been there several times when he has had amish patients. As you know they don't vaccinate at all. Most of them see him after the baby is born and if there are problems along the way. He has different docs from when I went there so i can't help you there. As far as the mom that is going off the wall about the receptionist, I would never make a decision on my child's medical caretaker on whether I didn't care for a staff members attitude or not. I would be maybe a little annoyed but would be mature enough to get past it! Calling this employee curse names and threatening to hit her are in my mind just as bad as the rude receptionist. Sounds like a disgruntled customer to me!! So please don't make your decision on one posters rantings because you will miss out on a great doctor for your child! Isn't that what it is all about anyway?? Good luck to you!

Dr. Miller

My kids go to him and he is great. The front staff IS bad but HE always takes the time to make sure my kids needs are met. I can deal with the staff cause I only have to deal with them for a minute. I would highly recommend him.

I've never had a problem with the front office staff:lol: But don't get me started on his billing department!
