Pegg Rd, some guy threatened girlfriend then took off on lawn mower on Pegg Rd.
Police have him stopped now

Calling for back up, pepper spray has been used
and it sounds like the officer might have gotten some.They have him and all other units can go back in service.

It don't matter what it is, if it has a motor on it. Your driving it.
Driving as in DWI. Officer! If you made a DWI arrest of a man riding an animal while under the influence and charged him with a DWI.
I'd put you behind bars for 30 days for acts of stupidity in public.
You don't drive a horse, lama, or what ever other animal a drunk can think of to ride.
