Stop in at the hospitals receiving loading docks, lots of incoming is packed in dry-ice and most docks have a big plywood bin they toss it in to evaporate.
I also believe that Shoppers Warehouse in Waldorf sells it.

We made it without the dry ice. Some things were beginning to thaw, so we'll just cook it and eat it.
