If your remarks in any way affect my ability to transact business, you shall be further liable for the loss of business, and subsequent damages, including defamation of character. This is due to the reference of drug usage (for the record, I am not a drug user, and I am not 'high', nor was I 'high' when I posted my messages...), which could imply that I am of less than proper character to which to do business, and for which you could be liable for damages suffered.

As it was a question and not a statement of presumption or fact the only category it possibly could fall into of those that were mentioned would be offensive.

A little advice, with skin that is as thin as yours you should definitely stay out of the sun. A couple of minutes on a sunny day and your brain would be boiling.

Mainman, if you need directions to the lake I can provide them but don’t expect anyone to be there after 4:00PM as that is when the park currently closes.
