Hernandez was arrested and during a subsequent search, officers found a marijuana cigar, drug paraphernalia and an open container of an alcoholic beverage during a search of the vehicle. He was charged with driving under the influence, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, driver giving a false name, driving a motor vehicle on the highway without a license, negligent driving, failure to yield right of way on left turn and driving without a seatbelt.
Hernandez was released from the Charles County Detention Center on his personal recognizance.
WTF??
Doesn't sound much like flight risk does it.
What the hell are these judges thinking?? I've been seeing and hearing about some pretty unbelieveble judgements lately. Seems like some of these judges just don't giveachit or are too lazy to seriously look at and think about the cases.
