It is hard to say.....maybe the 15 year old baby momma got hyped up on crank and just forgot......who knows. :shrug:

An irresponsible person? :shrug:

Once again, they made that mistake...if you drop an infant at a hospital, or other place of refuge, the law leaves you alone. If, in this case, the parent walked away willingly the law will be on them for abandonment.
