Make sure it, there's a word for it, (interpolates?) takes the played movie up to 1080P...

Progessive scan might be the word? This feature isn't that expensive, but well worth the expense...

Output Resolution: 1080i, 720p, 480p

If you've got a 1080P TV, you'll want a 1080p upconvert to take advantage of the maximum output possible...
