Just wanted to let you all know that next Sunday is the Earthday celebration in Leonardtown. Lots of music all day and various exhibits. Great for the whole family. 12:30 to 4:30. Stop by my bookshop and say hi!

Leonardtown has a bookshop? I didn't know that. Is it a general bookshop or a bookshop that specializes in religious books?
Hi Trig,
Yes, Leonardtown has a bookshop and we just celebrated our 2nd anniversary! Books in all genres and interests, including history, marylandia, sci-fi, art, of course general fiction, non-fiction, mysteries, romance, children's books, poetry, theatre, self help, religion, philosophy, cookbooks, sports, local authors and much more. We also sell vinyl records, tapes, cds and movies as well as audio books. There are over 25,000 books in stock. If we don't have it, we can probably order it as I network with used booksellers from all over the world. We are right next door to Cafe Des Artistes just off the corner of Fenwick Street and Washington. Open Tuesday through Sunday. Check out our website at www.fenwickbooks.com. Thanks for the chance to plug my shop!

Here's the link to the Leonardtown web sit with a little more info. Attended the Earth Day event there a couple of years ago (community service for a speeding ticket ) and I had a good time. Nice family event.

Hi Joe!

I've been in your bookstore quite a few times and I just LOVE it! Can't say enough good things about it. If I recall, you even carry albums? records, I mean?

Regarding the Earth Day Celebration, I would love to attend, but have a prior committment. I can hug a tree AND a biker - no strict morals here - I can share my love... no hypocrisy~open to it all!
