Easy Peanutbutter Cookies

Got this recipe from my sister...it couldn't be any easier!

1 c Peanutbutter
1 c sugar
1 egg

Mix and bake at 400 F for 8-10 minutes. They are delicious!!! They're a tad crumblier than regular PB cookies, but so good and quick!!

If I want hot cookies, nuke 'em in the microwave for 20 seconds

In the time it takes you to do all that, you could have made fresh ones.

You can add chocolate chips or m&m's to this recipe as well.

My mom found this recipe when I was 5 or 6 and that is the only way she makes them now. I use the same recipe as well.

You can also replace the peanut butter with sunbutter if there are any nut allergies in your house. My daughter has a severe nut allergy and we get this great sunbutter that is peanut/treenut free.
