Except now nobody wants to drive over the bridge so they have to row or swim.

I thought they had that fixed over 10-15 years ago.

The thing that freaked us out the most was how SUDDENLY it became black once the last bit of sun was covered - and the ring took a couple seconds to appear, like God opening his eye. Even looking through the glasses and seeing just a tiny PIECE of the sun left - with them off it STILL looked like daytime, and the sun looked like a bright ball.

I’m telling you, this I will remember as long as I live.
