A few Subs lying in wait for the thieves would resolve much of it.

As soon as they anchor and send divers down, giving away their purpose, a torpedo into the recovery ship cures the problem... At least for the moment.

But really why do we care? Yes people died on those ships, but it's not like it's a monument to them. people die in cars every day and the metal still gets recycled.

I believe by international treaty, those are considered grave sites and are not allowed to be disturbed.


Yes like airplane wrecks they are ' War Graves '

although to be honest, after 70+ yrs there are no bodies ....

one YouTube video I watched stated bones had been recovered with a pile of scrap metal and those were interred in the local cemetery
