In Italy, they put eggs on pizza. Since spaghetti and lasagna are Italian, sounds authentic.

Of course they also put peas on pizza, which is just wrong.

I've never heard of the egg in spaghetti thing, but I've had omelettes made with leftover spaghetti so why not?
