Election 2024: Michelle Obama says she is terrified about what could possibly happen and hasn't been able to get an erection in weeks

Wait forever - somehow, they believe a court ruling that he did is the same thing as convicting him of a crime in a court.

Insurrection IS A CRIME. You can't make a case that he's been convicted of, say, MURDER without actually charging him with it.
You can't go saying, oh, he's guilty of racketeering and bribery so we kick him out - without actually charging him with the crime.
It's stupid legal legerdemain - it's bullshit, and we all know it will get thrown out - if not LAUGHED out.

And the Senate - cleared him. Case closed.

I'm particularly amused by the remarks saying it was criminal for him to claim that the election was stolen - that the Dems cheated - and made measures to slow down or otherwise interfere or thwart Biden's placement in office ----

BECAUSE IT IS EXACTLY WHAT *THEY* did, in 2016, 2017 and for nearly 3 years of his tenure. Claiming that Biden isn't legitimately elected is EXACTLY what they claimed of Trump -

And STILL CLAIM.

This myopia is astonishing, to say the least.

The penalty is him being disallowed from running for president under the 14th.

HAve you never heard a case where a judge gives leniency to an offender and no jailt time or penalty is included?

No one said it was criminal for him to question the election.

It was criminal for him to scheme to have certain electors submit fake electors instead of the actual ones the voters wanted.

It was criminal for him to pressure SOS to "find" votes that did not exist that would change the results of the election.

It was criminal for him to incite violence in a an attempt to stop the certification of the election on January 6th.

it was criminal for him to neglect his duty and not call in the national guard to protect the capitol and the certification process.

Judges can SAY whatever they want. Where is the process? Where is the CONVICTION??

Still waiting...

There you go changing the metric again.

The judge ruled.

Not merely said in an interview or casual discussion

That is the conviction.

There need not be penalty other than him being barred from running under the 14th.

I never heard of a Judge and Court that said Donald trump was guilty and that all they had to do was come up with a heavy fine and then wouldn't give the guy time off to go to his Mother in law's funeral, but in New York things are evidently different.

Then Republicans need to claim Biden has been accepting bribes for years - and remove HIM from the ballot.
Heck, they don't have to CHARGE HIM with anything - just go to a conservative court and CLAIM he did it anyway.
Saves time.

Well no they have to charge him. Just as the Colorado judge reviewed charges against Trump.

But good luck finding a judge to charge Biden with no evidence even a conservative one.

So he couldn't appear in court because of his mother in law but he could appear the same day on Fox news.

Youre such a tool.

She's good like that.
Assuming SMC is talking, whom I have on ignore, but I've no doubt, "answers" my posts nevertheless.

But it's the Dems that do this. Do you remember when Clinton took office, how they mocked him as playboy pudgy hillbilly lecherous man who snuck out to eat fries and made fun of Hillary - and they all clutched their pearls at HOW MEAN THE GOP was about their guy, because - we were always respectful of Reagan and Bush --

Or again, when Obama took office, and they made fun of his girliness and his oversized ears and so on - and they again claimed - they were NEVER EVER MEAN to George Bush?

AND AGAIN, when Biden takes office, and is routinely lampooned - I believe totally correctly - for being a senile, demented old man who probably wears a diaper- and they SOMEHOW make the claim they never treated Trump this way?

RIGHT NOW - they are making the claim that Trump threatens democracy - and to thwart him, they taking away the right to vote for him. That MAGA Republicans are a danger - so they have to be silenced - and so forth. That Trump and his followers are lying about the election being stolen - when they STILL CLAIM IT ABOUT TRUMP after SIX YEARS?

Cool! So all that needs to be done is get a partisan and friendly federal judge to decide they want to "make a ruling" on whatever candidate is not liked and OFF THE BALLOT THEY GO!

WooHoo!!!

What gets me about Biden is the claim of no evidence against him.

Of course there's evidence - he DID get the money. His family HAS received MILLIONS from abroad, and it HAS been channeled through shell companies and distributed to his family, children and GRANDCHILDREN. Hunter has received millions from abroad. One of them is from Elena Baturina, who gave 3.5 million to Hunter - and - wow - subsequently finds herself OFF the sanctioned list. How nice. Biden threatens Ukraine over Victor Shokin - he gets fired - and the entire Burisma investigation more or less ends. They get a slap on the wrist.

What does it LOOK LIKE? It looks like they made promises to people who paid them to help them out.

And this is the nature of all the money -

THEY ALL claim they're all - "loans" - which never seem to be paid back.

It's not complicated - claiming it didn't happen is like arriving at a scene with a dead body that's been shot in the back - and claim no crime took place. The money is THERE.

Here's the problem with bribery - at least, sometimes - it seems at least, to the Democrats - is the level of "evidence" you must show to prove he took bribes. Now in the rest of the world - if a hitman kills your husband - and there's evidence the wife PAID the hitman - you really don't need to prove beyond all doubt that the MONEY was to kill the husband. It's kind of self-evident.

But not to the Democrats - there's so much freaking evidence they manipulated the U.S. government for money it's unreal but somehow the Dems won't accept it as evidence unless a confession comes from the Bidens.

Yes. As i said you are free to bring suit just as the Republicans in Colorado do.

You however have to defend your position and show proof of these crimes in court.

Considering the GOP has been unable to show the Hunter Biden has done anything wrong in the lat three years I doubt you will do better with Joe Biden but feel free to try.

And in typical libtard fashion, you are LOVING it right now. Later on when this "idea" comes back to bite you in the azz, you will be crying in the streets about the "injustice" of it.

He tried to do it on January 6th.

He lied for months saying the election was stolen.

He tried to get people to submit fake electors

He told his supporters the only way to make it right would be to stop the certification.

Refused to call the national guard to stop the rioting.

Tried to have Pence physically removed from the Capitol.

Now he claims there will be widespread bedlam and rioting if he isn't elected.

Has Maga'ts now calling for the hanging and death of Biden. Hunter Obama and any judge they don't like and anyone who disagrees with him

Are you not paying any attention?

When you say things like that it is clear you hate this country, it's laws and the constitution

You are a disgusting terrorist traitor.

How would you respond if Ashli Babbit kicked in the windows of your home and climbed through while you told her to stop?

But a review of the federal charges against the alleged rioters shows that they did come armed, and with a variety of weapons: stun guns, pepper spray, baseball bats and flagpoles wielded as clubs. An additional suspect also allegedly planted pipe bombs by the headquarters of the Democratic and Republican parties the night before the riot and remains at large.

Those weapons brought violence and chaos to the Capitol. Capitol Police officer Brian Sicknick died one day after two rioters allegedly sprayed him and other officers with what prosecutors describe as an "unknown chemical substance." Four other people in the crowd died in the insurrection, and more than 100 police officers suffered injuries, including cracked ribs, gouged eyes and shattered spinal disks.

Federal prosecutors say that Christopher Michael Alberts of Maryland was arrested on Capitol grounds on the evening of Jan. 6 while carrying a Taurus G2c 9 mm handgun with one round in the chamber and a full 12-round magazine. He also allegedly had an extra magazine in his pocket and was carrying a gas mask, pocket knife and first-aid kit

Lonnie Leroy Coffman of Alabama was also arrested that evening after law enforcement found two firearms on his person, as well as what a federal judge referred to as a "small armory" in his truck, which was parked near the Capitol. According to the court, the government found "a loaded handgun," "a loaded rifle," "a loaded shotgun," "a crossbow with bolts," "several machetes," "a stun gun" and "11 mason jars containing a flammable liquid, with a hole punched in the top of each jar."
