I was just wondering if anybody had any insight.
My Brother is on that kick now. He has at least one a day.
I heard that he recently complained of chest pains; He's 37.

Today's energy drinks are a fraction of the strength of those that had ephedra in them years ago.

VPX RedLine is probably one of the more potent drinks out there and even that's pretty tame.

One a day doesn't seem excessive.
Maybe your brother should talk to his doctor

Tests showed a complete lack of oxygen to Anais’ brain and she never regained consciousness. She was pronounced brain dead on Dec. 22. Her family said they donated her organs because of her love of all people and because Anais felt organ donation should be required of everyone.

Well, I'm right there with ya.
I have two or three cups of "high test" coffee in the morning to get me out the door; I have one or two MT DEW's during the day; and in the evenings it's either coffee or iced-tea; or both. So, it's late when I "crash"/go to bed; but I "crash" hard.

Your daily caffeine intake was way higher than your brother's. You should worry more about that than his Monster intake.

You're prob'ly right; and I should; but little Brother is the one who mentioned "chest pains" over Christmas/New Year's. Me? I just get "the shakes" or a BAD headache when my caffeine level drops. For the headache, I just take two Alleve.
