Thats like when they had the Pre Release place on Oaks Rd. in Charlotte Hall/Hughesville (has since closed up) there were times when someone would leave the place, it was a minimum security place also. Im guessing there were maybe 60-80 folks in there. They were packed in there pretty tight. Was kind of a eerie feeling going in there on a EMS call in the middle of the night especially when you had a female EMT or Paramedic on the crew, they all would wake up. Dont know how many different wings of the building with inmates there were.
