Thanks for the link.
To me it appears more like ignorance than a deliberate attempt to introduce foreign problems to our State.
I am glad it was caught of course. and I also think it isn't such a good idea to introduce third world residents into out community.
It's going to be expensive housing, feeding, educating and giving health care to these people
