Evans Restaurant Rebirth

I LOVED going there for crabs & beer, the all you could eat & beer or just for beer. My kids were so sad when they closed up, they loved Evans! The Evans family are a wonderful bunch, they really made the place special.
After the hurricane destroyed the old place they rebuilt. Why did they rip down the new place and turn it into a parking lot.
Now they are rebuilding?
What happened?
Can't wait for somewhere new to go to.

I do not think that they rebuilt. I think they just tried fixing and repairing things and they were never able to get it right. They had a couple other people come in there after Evans got out of it. I think that the woman who ran Matties down by Spring Ridge was over there for a little while then the folks from Bear Creek were in there for a little while.

I think that the building was just to much to work with.

I heard Schiebles in Ridge was for rent as well. Anyone have any idea how much or what the deal with that is?
