Southbound Route 4, I pulled up to the car, displaying District of Columbia registration plates with this operator driving.
If you look closely, you'll see knitted mittens, appeared to be heavy yarn, maybe wool. It was wearing a visor, and a matching scarf over the mouth region.

Thermometer in my car read 87 degrees!
