Anyone know if something special is going on at Pax the last couple of days?? Yesterday and today, I've seen (and heard) low flying jets over the bay outside of PF. I normally don't hear or see any.

I was on the base around 1100 today and it was a cluster F.
Only gate 2 open for inbound and outbound. Traffic all backed up on and off base.

Email went out yesterday that gate one would be closed 10-2 (I think) for maintenance.
