Explosion Just Now?

Anyone know what just blew up? HUGE sound, the dog's freakin out, my geese are going crazy....

I'm in Great Mills, about 4 miles from the base. I've lived here all my life and have NEVER heard anything like it!

Where are you? I didn't hear anything here? I think this happened before... I recall folks getting worried and some forumites running up and down their stairs panicked and then it all turned out to be on the base or something :shrug:

I'm not running up and down the stairs, I promise.

It wasn't the sound barrier.

I'm not even worried, it was just like nothing I've heard before and I thought someone on here might be able to clue me in.

Terribly sorry to hear that it was, in fact, Taco Hell. You have my deepest sympathy!

There was a gas leak in Lowes last night.. surrounded by fire trucks.. did it go boom!??

Didn't hear any explosion here in Hollywood. And I've heard remarkably little air traffic today. Must be kinda like the base has an air show hangover.

Would think the operations would be on a slow down until they can do SEVERAL FOD walks..

Was at Lowes around noon and it was in one piece. Didn't hear a boom in Lusby and we're right across the river from the base. Must have been a local explosion and didn't spread into the county.
