Facebook has removed a video posted by Breitbart News earlier today, which was the top-performing Facebook post in the world Monday afternoon, of a press conference in D.C. held by the group America’s Frontline Doctors and organized and sponsored by the Tea Party Patriots. The press conference featured Rep. Ralph Norman (R-SC) and frontline doctors sharing their views and opinions on coronavirus and the medical response to the pandemic. YouTube (which is owned by Google) and Twitter subsequently removed footage of the press conference as well.

In terms of viral velocity, the post was beating content from many other prominent accounts on Facebook today, including Hillary Clinton, Rev. Franklin Graham, and Kim Kardashian.

Over 185,000 viewers were concurrently watching the stream when it aired live Monday afternoon.

The event, hosted by the organization America’s Frontline Doctors, a group founded by Dr. Simone Gold, a board-certified physician and attorney, and made up of medical doctors, came together to address what the group calls a “massive disinformation campaign” about the coronavirus. Norman also spoke at the event.

One of these "doctors" believe female gynecological problems are the result of women sleeping with demons and spirits.

The rest are anti vax quacks and pro trump nut jobs.

It was disinformation designed to confuse the american people and attempt to present an anti science bias.

These people shouldn't be given a platform

"More on Immanuel, from The Daily Beast: “She has often claimed that gynecological problems like cysts and endometriosis are in fact caused by people having sex in their dreams with demons and witches. She alleges alien DNA is currently used in medical treatments, and that scientists are cooking up a vaccine to prevent people from being religious. And, despite appearing in Washington, D.C. to lobby Congress on Monday, she has said that the government is run in part not by humans but by ‘reptilians’ and other aliens."

Thankfully it was quickly shut down.

And that's all I needed to see. Do you have a reputable source for your claims, or just the leftwing hate blog?

All these quotes are directly from her website and her Youtube.

That's the problem with you. You blindly believe FOX news but shut down when you see a liberal source and don't follow the links and sources in the story to see they come directly from the lunatic doctors own website and Youtube.

Real fair and balanced thinking there No wonder your world view is so small and you believe the deep state exists.

"his tormenting spirits are responsible for breaking marriages, hatred by earthly spouse serious gynecological problems, Marital distress, miscarriages, impotence, untold hardship, financial failure and general failure at the edge of breakthrough. In fact studies shows that seven out of ten people in the church are affected by these spirits. Everyone needs this information. Isa 5:13 Therefore my people are gone into captivity, because they have no knowledge: and their honourable men are famished, and their multitude dried up with thirst. Get knowledge and be free in Jesus name.
The Supernatural world is as real as the physical. What takes place in the spiritual realm affects us physically in our day to day lives.
The subject of the evil spiritual marriage has been grossly mis- understood by many people. While some hold erroneous views, others demonstrate partial knowledge of this all- important subject. The problem of evil marriage goes beyond dilettantish purposes.
Evil marriage is a deep subject. It affects many people. From our spiritual research and statistical findings, we have gathered that seven out of ten ladies who profess to be born again are involved, consciously or unconsciously, with evil spiritual marriage. In the same vein, seven out of every ten Christian men are, consciously or unconsciously, affected by evil spiritual marriages.

More than any other power, these spirits have destroyed marriages.
Many women suffer from astral sex regularly. Astral sex is the ability to project one’s spirit man into the victim’s body and have intercourse with it. This practice is very common amongst Satanists. They leave their physical bodies in a dormant state while they project their spirits into the body of whoever they want to have sex with.

There is no expectation of 1st amendment rights on youtube or Twitter since both are private platforms.

They determined right that these doctors were insane and that carrying their "conference" would cause harm to idiots who believed what these other idiots had to say.

How could you possibly not understand how this works after all this time ?

You'd think with a ll the links and articles you post on here some of it would have rubbed ff on your dn you would understand free speech.

Do you think you could just go on the news and say that diet coke cures brain cancer with no proof and they would have to give you a platform?

The media is calling these Doctors liars.

They don't bother to try to inform us as to why people who have practiced medicine for years would have a press conference to lie to us. They listen to this DORK Faucci like he is the authority.

These Doctors have Been treating patients. How many patients has Faucci treated?

Facebook, Twitter, YouTube Remove Doctors' Coronavirus Video, Claiming It Is 'False'

Dr. Simone Gold, the group’s leader, had advocated the use of hydroxychloroquine. She has criticized lockdown orders and other measures designed to slow the spread of COVID-19, claiming that there is “no scientific basis that the average American should be concerned” about the virus.

“Americans are riveted and captured by fear at the moment,” she says in the video. “We are not held down by the virus as much as we’re held down by the spider web of fear. That spider web is all around us and it’s constricting us, and it’s draining the lifeblood of the American people, American society and American economy. This does not make sense.”

Gold does make some important points. As PJ Media’s Stacey Lennox pointed out, relentlessly reporting the large numbers of confirmed cases and confirmed deaths is encouraging irrational panic. Many fear they will contract coronavirus by touching something after an infected person touched it, yet CDC data shows that surface transmission is extremely unlikely. Most transmission comes from close contact with an infected person over a period of time — either sheltering at home with someone or living in close quarters like in nursing homes or jails.

COVID-19 also has an extremely low death rate, and that rate is skewed toward the elderly. These and other facts suggest that society-wide lockdowns may not be necessary. Social distancing measures, including masks in indoor spaces and where people may share the same air, are likely still essential to slow the spread of the virus.

Yes Private Platforms Section 230 gives them immunity from lawsuits - As LONG As They Are NOT EDITORIALIZING

which is what is happening here just because Bid Tech Progressives don't agree with treatments for The Chinese Bat Flu, that does not give them a right as a platform provider to edit or censor what is posted

It's not a lie or misinformation it's a DIFFERENT Opinion On Treatment

Censoring Trump's campaign ads as lies while allowing lies from the Biden Campaign to stand is Editorializing

Big Pharma's 'Narrative' Is Failing

So now we don’t have to listen to what those doctors said in front of the US Supreme Court, because it turns out that one of them has some whacky beliefs about sex with demons causing reproductive disorders. What a relief.

I’m not going to pretend that the things Dr. Stella Immanuel has said don’t sound just a little crazy to me. They do.

But I’ve been observing this game long enough to have a pretty good idea of how this works:
Someone says something that contradicts the dominant narrative (in this case, the narrative about medical science), and the machine that supports that narrative goes into overdrive to discredit them, with whatever information they can dig up–as long as it doesn’t involve discussing the actual substance of what the person has said.
[clip]

What follows is a brief summary of the key points made by the group America’s Frontline Doctors at their press conference last week. I will not comment on the validity of their claims, however founder Dr. Simone Gold has provided support for much of what the group said, in a white paper that can be found here.

1. They believe that hydroxychloroquine is an effective treatment for Covid-19.
This is the claim made by several of the speakers, including Dr. Immanuel, based on their own clinical experience, as well as on multiple published studies. Many of those studies are listed here, and here.

2. State licensing boards are using their power to forcibly prevent people from having access to this drug.
According to Dr. Gold, many states have empowered their pharmacists to not honor prescriptions for hydroxychloroquine to be used in treating Covid-19. This, she says, is unprecedented:
“It has never happened that a state has threatened a doctor for prescribing a universally accepted safe generic cheap drug off-label.”
Meanwhile, says Gold, the drug is available over the counter in many other countries, including Iran and Indonesia, where it can be found “in the vitamin section”.

3. There is a coordinated campaign to discredit and suppress information about the drug hydroxychloroquine as a possible treatment for Covid-19:
“If it seems like there is an orchestrated attack going on against hydroxychloroquine,” said Dr. James Todaro, “it’s because there is.”
Dr. Todaro is speaking from experience. He was the co-author of a March 13 white paper arguing for the use of hydroxychloroquine against Covid-19. The paper was made public on Google Docs, received a lot of attention, and was then removed–without warning–by Google. (It has since been put back up.)

At 1st when the drug was mentioned as a help in the control of the virus, all the talk was using it up leaving the people who needed it for other ailments without it. All that was until the naysayers could create a study that it was bad for you. Since that study was mostly discredited it still hasn't stopped the negative talk about it. But I still haven't seen anymore talk of the treatment that was going to replace it at a cost of $1600. Can't remember the name.

Let me just point out that I've been railing about this for years and was roundly pooh-poohed and told to take off my tinfoil hat.

Can you hear me now?

Good!

Because they are public officials and using it as a public forum.

#1, they ban or censor Trump's posts regularly.

#2, elected officials cannot block even the most ridiculous troll because it stifles their free speech.

#3, censoring this doctor stifles HER free speech.

So what were you saying again?

So what were you saying again?

Trump is a user of the platform and they have the ability to "ban/censor" posts. Plain and simple. Trump can either go along with the rules of the platform he uses to "get to the people", or use another method/media. Plain and simple.

We know from case law that in context of GURPS post that I was replying to (i.e. public officials banning people who disagree with them on Twitter) that #1 has zero meaning or weight to the point. #2 is correct (and not a problem). #3 this doctor still has a social media page and plenty of other internet out there to get her points across and it is not stifling her free speech.

The First Amendment protects against this sort of thing. Public officials open the door to criticism when they run for, or are in, office. Blocking people or comments critical to them is not only petty and something China would do, but also run afoul of one of the core tenets of our Constitution.

We do conclude, however, that the First Amendment does not permit a public official who utilizes a social media account for all manner of official purposes to exclude persons from an otherwise ‐ open online dialogue because they expressed views with which the official disagrees.
