That's the whole point...the precious little difference between late-term partial-birth abortions and simply..childbirth. Only the end goals are different: In the former, a dead fetus with useful body parts...the latter, a viable human being.

Neither left nor right has any twisting of words that can mask the actual technique. I'm thinking you do not understand what makes it partial birth abortion vs. childbirth.

It is called "partial birth" because they turn the living fetus to deliver feet first so that all except for the head is "born". At that point the shove a sharp instrument into the base of the back of the head to stop it from living prior to taking its first breath. If a fetus takes its first breath outside the womb, it is technically a live birth so the partial birth abortion was developed in order to get around that technicality.
