Why was a man who has a record of domestic abuse given unsupervised visits with these kids in the first place?
I agree with that, but I thought the Juvenile Master was elected, not appointed? It is wrong for the most important decisions made in a childs life (custody)to be made, not in open court, but in the backroom of the courthouse by a court appointed Master.
And more than likely the mother petitioned for the guy not to have unsupervised visitation.
What do you bet me?
