the CD cafe in Solomon's last night had a lemon lavender creme brulee on the menu. was WAY too full to get it but it sure looked good!

OMG I saw that a couple weeks ago! I was so incredibly full but next time I see that, I WILL be ordering it!

Elderberry pie with homemade vanilla ice cream.... That's as exotic as I get.

The only dessert I've ever had that was truly memorable was a doppelbock cheesecake at a place called Elevator in Columbus, OH. You had it with a doppelbock beer - bite of cheesecake, chase it with a swig of beer. It was so incredible that it made me laugh out loud.

Not exotic, by any means - but I had a slice of homemade cherry pie (from the fresh cherries to the crust) when I was in Ohio at my family reunion last weekend.
