I'm not surprised, they are a branch of law enforcement that pulls heavily from the military. We already know law enforcement seems to attract this type of person, and the military has to post "please try to refrain from all the raping" signs in every men's room and "if you were raped consider councelling and non-attribution reporting" in the ladies rooms.
