The buyout firm of Clayton, Dubilier & Rice Inc. now owns 75 percent of Kinko's. When the transaction is completed _ which is expected in the first quarter of 2004 _ FedEx will own 100 percent of Kinko's.
If FedEx is buying the 75% that CD&R owns, that's one thing, but what about the other 25%. It says that FedEx will own 100%. I know that they already own a little of it, but so does AOL, unless FedEx already bought them out.
