Sen. John Fetterman, D-Pa., doubled down on his support for President Biden after his highly criticized debate performance last month.

Fetterman told Fox News host Jesse Watters Wednesday on "Jesse Watters Primetime" he realizes Biden isn’t as sharp as he was a few years ago, but it doesn’t change his support for the commander-in-chief.

"I really don't think I've seen anything that makes me want to change that," he said. "I'm not following him blindly, but I do fundamentally believe he's been a great president and I do believe ultimately he can prevail and all us dain-bramaged peoples got to stick together!"

It isn't loyal to tell a friend he is ok when you know he isn't. It isn't loyal to force a friend to do what you know he isn't capable of.

Yeah, they don't give a crap about Joe, and their accolades mean nothing. It was only when he fumbled on national TV that they changed their tune. They're currently waging a campaign of demoralization to persuade him to drop out, since simply ASKING him isn't working. Donors are dropping him and TV hosts are badmouthing him. Since they really can't 25th Amendment him if he disagrees and can't get Congress to approve - their only LEGAL method is get him to quit.

They are of course, dismissing "democracy" - after having praised him to the rafters, denied his disability and blamed Republicans for portraying him thusly - by hoping to cancel the votes of millions of Democrats who voted in the primary, and simply install someone more to their liking - and ONLY because they see an election loss on the horizon. To all the Democratic voters - your vote didn't count.

Moreover - this is their latest effort - they're making the case that all those Democratic voters really didn't WANT to vote for Joe. I mean, on one hand, he's simply the greatest President in history - but on the other hand, millions of Democrats voted to nominate him - but only because they didn't REALLY have a choice. Yep. THAT makes sense.

Personally - I'd like to see Joe tell them all to go suck eggs and he's doing it anyway. I've never had much respect for him, but having the balls to go against your party when they're doing - what they're doing - to ditch you after praising you for years - that takes guts, not ego.

There IS of course, one problem and you know the Dems are profoundly stupid for doing this ----

If he guts it out - all Trump needs to do is show HOW MANY OF HIS OWN PARTY don't think he's fit for the White House.

THAT - more than this Lady MacBeth thing being said about Jill. I have little doubt she wants to remain First Lady and in the limelight, but she's not masterful enough to handle the whole thing. Nothing she has ever said or done convinces me she has that kind of - - panache.

But you know, people said similar things about George Bush - that he was just some doofus like in that YouTube video above, of the governor in Blazing Saddles - and that he was easily manipulated. Not in the least. He read voraciously, arrived early, left late, mountain biked - without question the most physically FIT President we've had in my memory - he commanded the room. He may have come across as meek - but I think Cheney - whom everyone thought was the "real" President - confessed that when Dubya's mind was fixed on something, he'd better just get out of the way.

I'm not saying that about Biden - but I do think he possesses enough backbone to tell people to go pound sand. I think he has the attitude of "I'm the goddamn President, and if I say something, that's what we do". You might be able to persaude him on things - but you can't order him around. Thinking you can, can get you fired.

From his days in Delaware - running in 87, the Clarence Thomas hearings, running in '08 - he just struck me as your typical blow-hard, and colossally stupid Senator who just says things because it comports with the Party. What have you not been following? The LLC's, the clear bribes from Moscow, and Beijing. The weaponization of government, the collusion with high tech for censorship - I mean, damn, he's the dirtiest since Hillary. I sure didn't hear all about that from mainstream media.

Grant you - it's not gaining traction in MAINSTREAM media - heck, you tell everyone he's senile, and they laugh it off in late night, at the WHPC, in the leftie press. But the right wing press is the only way I know of his criminality. And people like Jordan and Comer have been relentless.
