You're half way their. BAC doesn't mean a ####ing thing. A functioning alcoholic is a better driver or heavy machine operator at 1.0 than an occasional drinker is at .05. We all know it.

Law used to be simple; what do I DO wrong? If I DID something wrong, then, I should be in trouble. Theses days, it is all about what I MIGHT do be it a 30 round mag, scary looking something or other or how 'impaired' someone may be based on something equally arbitrary like BAC.
