Many people here praise the idea of the liberals running north, I don’t... I don’t praise the idea of putting anyone with a different idea in a different place. Some of it is some isn’t... And vrai: I do agree to some extent, no one should run away from the problems, especially in a fine country like this one, where you can change the problems in civil ways.

Yes, relative.. its in their own heads. Someone in the U.S. thought it was unbearabley rainy, cold, hot, or exhausting today... but they didn't move to Canada.

The cut off is the 98th percentile..

There are a few ways you can qualify, but it has to be an accepted test that ranks you in a percentile of the nation. There has to be enough people to take the test to get a reliable percentile.. one reason the ASVAB is an accepted test, at least the year I took it, it qualified, I don't know if it still does.

Membership in Mensa is open to persons who have attained a score within the upper two percent of the general population on an approved intelligence test that has been properly administered and supervised. There is no other qualification or disqualification for membership eligibility.

The term "IQ score" is widely used but poorly defined. There are a large number of tests with different scales. The result on one test of 132 can be the same as a score 148 on another test. Some intelligence tests don't use IQ scores at all. Mensa has set a percentile as cutoff to avoid this confusion. Candidates for membership in Mensa must achieve a score at or above the 98th percentile (a score that is greater than or equal to 98 percent of the general population taking the test) on a standard test of intelligence.

That equates to about an IQ of 132, so you would qualify.
