Where are my pants?
Thank you all for the very wonderful recommendations!

Right now I'm trying to decide between The Inn at Little Washington, and The Primerib.

Decisions, decisions...

No no no!!!

Try Citronelle!!! It's a very nice place located on M Street in Georgetown. The Chef is Michel Richard and he's incredibly popular and very well liked.

Citronelle has a great menu, but they also have a tasting menu.

I had the Mosaic for an appetizer and it was absolutely amazing. I had salmon for an entree and it was easily the best that I've ever had. Some of the items on the menu are a little shi-shi-foo-foo, but everything is amazing.

Your tenacity inspired me to do a bit of research, and I'm glad I did....that is RIGHT up my alley. My husband likes the sound of the steakhouses, though...

Too bad. I think we're going to Citronelle. Thanks!

There's a fairly new place at 11th & Penn called Central and it says the chef is Michel Richard. Wonder if he moved or just now has 2 restaurants?

I think he has two restaurants now - Central isn't as high end, but it's supposed to be very good.

Haven't been there yet. But it's right across from Fogo de Chao, which I've already mentioned is my favorite.

It's his new restaurant ... it's more of a bistro. It opened not too long ago and the reviews has been wishy-washy. Apparently the menu is more like comfort bar food with a fancy twist and everyone says that the food is spectacular, but most of the reviews have complained about the poor service.

I am waiting to try this restaurant ... I'll give it a few more months before I venture in, but I'm really excited.

Absolutely!!! This is my favorite restaurant. I am willing to bet that you will have one of the best meals. When you make reservations, see if you can get into the dining area downstairs. Citronelle has a HUGE wine cellar and a mood wall and it's just a great experience down there.

They have a regular menu and a tasting menu. The regular menu has quite a few options for those that aren't too daring when it comes to food, and there's a good bit of stuff for those who are daring.

This will be an expensive meal. Appetizers, dinner, dessert and drinks could very EASILY cost you $200-$400. Wine is what gets you at this restaurant .... Great wine list, so many choices, and the staff is great at recommending wines.

Ahhhh ... you will love this place. I Guarantee it!

I've been to Shula's before and it was very expensive. It's pretty fancy, we had to dress up. The food was great. They have that deal where you order this humongous steak and if you eat it all your name gets put on a plaque.

I've heard great things about Oceanaire Restaurant, but I've never been. Supposed to be one of the best seafood restaurants around.
