This was the boat of very good friends of mine and it's close to a total loss. I've been on it many times and go out every year on it to watch the fireworks in Solomons. The fire started in the engine compartment and quickly engulfed the boat.

Many thanks to the rescue people who got everyone off safely. I am also very thankful injuries were only minor.

Not familiar with that terminology: "the fire was knocked".
